Odyssey Group Limited (“Odyssey”) is a Cayman Financial Holding Company with two main regulated subsidiaries; Odyssey Asset Management (SG) Pte. Ltd. (“OAMSG”) and Odyssey Asset Management Limited (“OAML”). OAMSG holds a Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) Capital Markets Services (“CMS”) License under the Singapore Securities and Futures Act (“SFA”) to conduct regulated activities in Fund Management and Advisory for accredited and institutional investors, with a MAS member number of CMS100922.
OAML holds a License under the Securities and Futures Ordinance from the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) in Hong Kong to carry out regulated activities in Dealing in Securities (Type 1) for Professional Investors Only and Advising on Securities (Type 4) and Asset Management (Type 9) for Retail and Professional Investors, with an SFC member number of BHX656.
