OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to support the Singapore sales lead and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the South East Asia region. This position requires a strong focus on developing and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, family offices, and high-net-worth (HNW) individuals. The ideal candidate will possess deep regional market knowledge and language skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in South East Asia.
- Promote and sell Odyssey managed products as well as offerings from external partners.
- Manage and nurture existing client portfolios to maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Expand institutional business by increasing the share of client investments and deepening engagement.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Deliver regular sales forecasts, market analysis, and client feedback to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on B2B, family offices, or HNW client segments in South East Asia.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently drive results.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

PREFERRED:
Background in financial services, investment products, or wealth management.

Familiarity with regional business practices and regulatory environments.

This role will also support Odyssey’s proprietary options overlay solutions, working closely with our fund management and wealth manage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for supporting senior portfolio managers in managing diversified asset portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Conducting in-depth market research and analysis.
- Trade execution and management across multiple asset types, including equities, fixed income and listed options.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of investment strategies, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates closely with the Asset Management and Fund Management teams to optimize asset allocation and risk management.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding Odyssey’s professional standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in portfolio and/or fund management.
